Together with Deloitte Denmark, we have been in a project for the City of Copenhagen to improve the completion rates of online applications. The purpose of the solutions has been to guide citizens and help them through processes that they find difficult to navigate and deal with digitally, resulting in high drop-out rates. These were an application process for help with dental treatment at the Social Benefits Unit (ESY) and a pre-screening process prior to booking the first appointment for enrollment in drug treatment at the Center for Alcohol and Drug Treatment (CAS).
